• Data capture on MS Excel and SAGE ONE
• Reconcile suppliers / customers’ accounts
• Follow up on customer collections
• Process journals and provisions
• Filling of all documentations & scanning’s
• BEE administration
• Payroll functions, I.E time sheets etc.
• Submissions of annual CIPRO returns
• Process customer invoices & delivery notes daily on pastel
• Process supplier purchase orders and invoices

Experience required:

• Sage ONE*
• Microsoft Excel, Word and outlook

Job Type: 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Location: Milnerton, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary: From R12 000,00 per month
