We are looking for a Tax Manager to manage the Tax Department of an accounting and consulting services firm in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. The organization is market-leading and extremely fast-growing in the Cloud Accounting space. They focus on SME clients and pride themselves on delivering a tailor-made product basket of accounting services. Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge all Tax returns on SARS Efiling (IT14; IT12; Provisional Tax)
• Ensure clients comply with relevant Tax legislation
• Advise and recommend accounting and consulting staff on tax matters
• Lodge objections on clients' behalf on the SARS platform.

Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

• Registered Tax Practitioner is preferred
• Relevant Tax qualification - e.g., Hons in Tax; Adv Dip Tax, etc.
• At least 3 years of Tax Manager experience in an accounting/auditing environment
• Management/supervisory experience in a Tax Department

CTC Range R660,000 - R750,000 per year, very dependent on experience and qualifications.
