Job Description

• Position: FMCG Sales Rep
• Location: Johannesburg
• Start Date: 1 May 2024

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary – R15,000
• Cell Phone – R15,000
• Car Allowance – R1,500
• Fuel
• Commission

The ideal candidate for the role has FMCG sales experience of 5+ years, selling frozen goods and other products to Fuel Stations and other retailers. The candidate must be able to source their own clients and meet sales KPIs.

Requirements:

• Must have own reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• 5-10 years of FMCG Sales & Account management experience
• Proven track record of sales (2 references from previous employers)
• Must speak fluent English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities Overview:

• Sourcing new clients to market and sell FMCG related products.
• Managing client relationships and queries
• Up and cross-selling the company's product range
• Sales & Pipeline management and reporting
• Calling on existing and new clients face-to-face and virtually

• High School (matric) (Required)

Experience:

• FMCG Sales: 5 years (Required)
• Sourcing New Clients: 5 years (Required)
• Field Sales: 5 years (Required)

Language:

• Fluent English and Afrikaans (Required)
