Description:

• Identify prospective clients, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing clients to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of the company to highlight how we can solve client problems
• Answer any questions or clear any doubts the client or possible client may have about the company. Ensure you have a clear knowledge about the history and company in general.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare electronic and verbal agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with clients to continue relationships
• Identify prospective clients, lead generation and conversion

Academic or trade qualifications:

• Matric (Essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field would be advantageous.

Work experience and skills:

• ± 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Traceable references
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Communication skills, QuickBooks (Highly beneficial), Vast knowledge of Durban and surrounding areas (Clientele and Competitors)

Must be:

• Self-motivated
