Projects Coordinator (Engineering/Construction Management)

We are currently seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to join our company on a fixed term contract. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Engineering/Construction Management with a track record of working on projects spanning from small to large-scale. Candidate who can demonstrate strong leadership abilities in a multi-office setting and are driven to provide innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National diploma: Engineering/Construction Management
• Certificate in Project Management
• 3-5 years working experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project and job costing administration and invoicing against project.
• Maintain integrity of project documentation and job costing on
• Manage resources and purchasing of materials for projects.
• Ensure timeous receipt and dispatching of materials.
• Ensure the purchasing and sourcing of equipment/project requirements are done in the most cost-effective way whilst meeting schedule requirements.
• Manage the procurement, payment, delivery and documentation around all materials and labour for the projects.
• Ensure legal compliance of all new installations.
• Ensures safety compliance during projects execution.
