Our client, a successful fruit export company has a vacancy for an individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, paired with the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy. The ability to function in a high pressure environment is critical to the success of the role. This position is based at their office in Paarl (Western Cape). Duties will include support relating to:

• Providing support to the marketing team;
• Updating client systems;
• Completing export documentation;
• Quality control administration;
• Liaison and coordination between relevant stakeholders (growers, packhouses, logistics and finance);
• Monitoring and reporting of all relevant information.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role in the fresh produce export industry;
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Knowledge of export systems;
• Excellent communication and writing skills (Afrikaans and English);
• Excellent computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
